Welcome to LootSphere (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://lootsphere.org and our services, including buying and selling CS2 and Dota 2 skins. By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using LootSphere, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

2. Our Services

LootSphere operates as an independent marketplace for digital items, specifically CS2 and Dota 2 skins. We do not create or modify skins and act only as a trading intermediary.

  • Purchased items are delivered via Steam trade links you provide.

  • All payments are processed securely through a PCI DSS–compliant gateway.

  • LootSphere is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

    3. Selling Skins & Payouts

    By listing items for sale:

    1. All listings are reviewed by our moderation team, usually within a few hours, but no longer than 24 hours. We may reject listings that violate policies.

    2. Items remain in your Steam inventory until sold. Ensure your account is trade-ready. Failure to transfer sold items may result in account restrictions.

    3. A 10% commission is applied to the final sale price. Prices are shown clearly before you finalize any sale.

    4. Provide valid payout information in your account to receive earnings.

    5. AML/CTF checks may be required before payouts. This may cause delays; by using the platform, you consent to these checks.

    6. LootSphere may withhold or delay payouts if we detect fraud, policy violations, or irregularities.

    4. Account Security

    • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

    • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

    • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate rules or engage in fraudulent activity.

    5. Orders & Payment

    • By placing an order, you agree to pay the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes or fees.

    • All prices are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

    • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel affected orders.

    6. Skin Delivery

    • Purchased skins are sent via Steam trade offers.

    • Delivery usually happens quickly, but may take up to 24 hours due to technical or Steam-related issues.

    • Users must ensure correct trade links and account status. LootSphere is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or Steam restrictions.

    7. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Refunds are available within 30 days if there is a valid issue, subject to verification.

    • Requests are reviewed within 10 business days and may require supporting evidence.

    • Orders may be canceled before payment by contacting support.

    8. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use LootSphere for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

    • Provide false information or manipulate the platform.

    • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.

    • Engage in fraud or unauthorized reselling of skins.

    9. Intellectual Property

    • Skins remain the property of Valve Corporation or licensors. Purchases or sales do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

    • Other content on LootSphere, including graphics, logos, and code, is owned by LootSphere or its licensors. No reproduction or modification is allowed without consent.

    10. Privacy & Data Protection

    Your use of LootSphere is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

    11. Liability

    • LootSphere aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LootSphere is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or items.

    • We are not responsible for Steam or third-party restrictions affecting skin delivery.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LootSphere and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

    • Violation of these Terms

    • Misuse of the website or services

    • Breach of applicable laws

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or as required by law. Rights to use the services cease immediately upon termination.

    14. Third-Party Links

    LootSphere may include links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Users agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
